
Anne Sarafin
Assistant Principal, Lower School
Anne Sarafin is a dedicated and collaborative educational leader with extensive international experience across schools in Egypt, Japan, and Qatar. Currently serving as Upper Elementary Assistant Principal, she has previously held key roles including Curriculum Coordinator, Grade Level Team Leader, and Teacher Trainer, and has taught Kindergarten I, Grade 1, and Grade 4. Anne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education with a minor in Literacy, and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, along with licensure as both a classroom teacher and PreK–12 Principal and Supervisor.
Anne leads with a student-centered vision, creating inclusive and supportive spaces that nurture well-being and help every learner thrive. Her leadership is characterized by collaborative partnerships with teachers, parents, and students, as well as intentional approaches to curriculum and instruction. She is deeply committed to supporting teaching practices to strengthen learning, promote equity, and support the holistic development of all students.
Anne’s passion for relationship-building and her dedication to high expectations have inspired both peers and students, creating a positive school culture grounded in trust, growth, and shared success.
